There are a lot of top boarding schools in India that have really good campuses and amazing infrastructure. I am only listing the popular ones here:
The Doon School, Uttrakhand
The campus is spread over an area of 72 acres which houses the school, residential quarters, and lush green gardens, some covered with large trees while others with manicured gardens. The school has a Renaissance-style architecture, inspired by Basilica Palladiana in Vicenza, Italy
The various buildings on the campus have been designed by notable Indian architects or firms. The library was designed by Romi Khosla, the Biology block by Ram Sharma, teachers’ residences by Anagram Architects, and the new Arts and Media Center, which was inaugurated in October 2010 and shortlisted for the 2010 World Architecture News Education Award, by alumnus Sandeep Khosla.
