The fact that you need to study a lot to score more marks is a myth which is in dire need to be busted. You can score limited marks through continuous cramming. On the basis of survey done by students of top international schools in India, to ace an exam, you need to develop a multifaceted personality. Here are some skills that you need to develop (which don’t involve studying too much)

Problem Solving:

Whether you’re a 5 year old trying to convince your mother there are monsters under the bed or if you’re an entrepreneur trying to grow your company, it comes down to addressing issues and finding solutions. Whether they’re large or small, problems arise in everyday life and need a solution.

With that said, problem solving skills are incredibly important in our daily lives whether we realize it or not. This post is all about how to improve your problem solving skills and how you can use these skills to make your life easier. Problem solving skills are crucial because it helps an individual to produce effective solutions quickly these can be especially good while solving numericals.

Interpersonal Skills:

Interpersonal skills must be learned, developed and practiced. There is much more to interpersonal skills than having a good personality. However, a major challenge that many people face is that they believe that focusing on their skills will “take the fun out of life.”

In fact, when one improves one’s interpersonal skills it results in developing stronger relationships. Through a scoring perspective, having good interpersonal skills can help you get a 10/10 in vivas. These will also help you navigate through language subjects and get you the unattainable cent percent in language subjects

Languages:

It is no secret that learning a new language can be an extremely important asset. Whether you want to learn French in order to study abroad, or simply want to impress someone at the next cocktail party, knowing another language is always considered to be an attractive skill. It is also important for improving your own interpersonal skills.

You will have a better understanding of cultures around the world and have a way to engage with foreigners when you need it most. The art of learning foreign languages has been around for thousands of years, but in that time has helped many people improve their interpersonal skills to get along better with others.

Overall, knowing two or three different languages is important for any person and will help them both socially and economically. The extra knowledge you get will give you an edge.

Team Sports:

Playing team sports is a great way to stay active, meet new people and make friends. The benefits of playing team sports include learning how to work as part of a group and make a commitment to win. Individually, players have to learn the importance of teamwork.

For example, in baseball, players on a losing team develop stronger mental attitudes and characters. They learn that no individual can win a game. Playing together as a team is important.

Each player has certain tasks he or she must perform effectively if the team is going to be successful.
Group projects are hard, but if you are a team player you can lead and get the best out of everyone in your team.
