US schools and Indian schools are the two most popular schools of thought among students planning to study abroad. As per research done by top girls boarding schools in India, every year, thousands of Indians move to America for higher studies. Likewise, hundreds of Americans and other foreign nationals study in Indian colleges. But which one is better?

Which one can offer a better college experience? Which school system is more advantageous? In this article, we will dive into the pros and cons of both systems, and finally, decide which one is ideal for higher studies.

I have always wondered this so I did some researches and found that Indian Schools are the best in the world. We may not be the best in sport but in education for sure.

Education is the most important thing in any country. Education can change the world of a child. It can make them successful people in future. So, it is very important to select the best school for your child.

It is important to compare the education system of the USA and India. We will discuss some of the major differences between them in this article.

Type of School System:

In the USA: There are two types of school systems. These are public schooling and private schooling. In public schooling, there are schools which are known as government schools or state schools. These schools are free for all students or free for students whose parents cannot pay for their education.

But in private schools, students have to pay for their education from their pockets. Some private schools charge very high fees from their students and these fees may be more than 20k per year. However, quality of education is better in private schools than state-run school systems where they have fewer resources and less qualified teachers to educate students properly.

In India: India also has two types of school systems as we have discussed above. These are government-run school systems and private school systems in India too like in America but the only difference between the two systems is that government runs free schools for all students.

A lot of questions about how the US education system compares with those of India. We put together some notes on what the differences are. Hopefully, this will be useful to other Indians who are thinking about studying abroad, especially in the US.

The main differences fall into 4 categories:

1) Curriculum — what classes you take, and when

2) Entry into college — admission requirements, test scores, GPA

3) College life — freshman/sophomore year

4) Job opportunities — internships and jobs after college

Indian schools offer excellent education in English and are comparable to world-class institutions. Students are taught in the English language, which allows them to learn a new language while studying at school.

The curriculum is also very similar to that of international schools. Indian schools help students to become more competitive in the global workforce and prepare them for higher education if they choose to pursue it.

Tutors, teachers, and students all come together as an ad hoc community. They share the same passion for learning, so the student never lacks motivation or support. The diversity of students and teachers in a classroom helps enhance the student’s learning experience.

In most Indian schools, both boarding and day-scholars are welcome; however, with this kind of convenience comes a high cost. Schools in India have a reputation for being expensive. However, there are several low-cost boarding schools that provide quality education at affordable prices.

Conclusion

India has no shortage of schools, colleges and universities. There are plenty of good reasons for this. In fact, India has the largest number of universities — both government and private — in the world. So how does one choose a good school? You need to identify your criteria, search by them and make your choice from among the top contenders.
